Reservations

Appointments can be booked online using our booking program, we recommend scheduling your appointment ahead of time to ensure availability. A credit card is required when booking for no-shows/cancellation fees.

Cancellation Policy

We are an appointment only studio. Please arrive on time for your appointment. The front door is locked in between clients and services so we can not guarantee there will be someone to let you in if you are significantly early for your appointment.

We are a small business and strive to provide our clients with the best personal services, no-shows and cancellations impact us greatly. Therefore, we have a strict cancellation policy.

The Beauty Slayer requires no less then 24 hours notice of any cancellation or appointment change.

A 50% charge will be applied to your credit card if you do not give 24 hours notice of cancellation or to change/subtract services no exceptions.

A 100% fee will be applied if no notice is given at all.

If you cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours the following will occur:
Any promotions or specials that were applied to that appointment will be lost.
If it is a series, that missed appointment will count as one in the series.
Gift Certificates: 100% of the service amount will be deducted from your gift certificate.

Gift Certificate Return Policy

Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates. Gift certificates can not be returned or surrendered for cash.

Series Of Treatments Return Policy

We are unable to process and returns or reimburse any payment transactions on our spa series of treatments that were purchased. We will exchange them for you for other spa products or spa credit of equal value.

Check In

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are a first-time client a profile will be created prior to your service.

Late Arrivals

We regret that late arrivals will not receive and extension of schedules service times and will be responsible for full-service fees.

Jewelry

We suggest that you arrange your valuables prior to your visit with us.

Spa Promotions

Spa specials can not be used or combined with any other offer, promotions or third-party gift certificates. Any promotions or specials must be used on your next appointment if it applies to that service. If that appointment is cancelled, you will lose the special promotion.
